Ice Skating & Motorcycles

great/interesting night. Found out I'd be attending last minute, but came to this event straight from the
An Evening On Ice after show reception. There was a moment when I got out of the cab in front of the venue and my VIP badge from the show and reception was taken off and replaced with an Eaglerider VIP badge and I thought,
"This is too rad."

Downtown

Bottega Louie  with one of the best friends everrr.
Then it was off to Downtown Art Walk followed by macarons, Hershey hugs, and other yumminess at home. Not to mention online window shopping and Vegas trip planning!

Pretty sure I've also decided on a place for my birthday dessert! I'm thinking of an assortment of the following...Macarons, cupcakes topped with Macarons, and a Le Grand Macaron. Heh.

lovely evening before the craziness of Spring semester begins next week...

Coffee with Tina and Huck

Kind of bummed that somebody complained at Intelligentsia (Abbot Kinney) about the dogs on the technically outdoor patio in front. Tina and I were having a lovely time when a barista kindly asked us to leave and made us aware of the, yes, very unfortunate new policy. (Damn those difficult customers and health inspectors!) Nevertheless we found a quiet grassy area that was just as enjoyable. I think Huckleberry was a little bummed too, since the grassy area didn't have Croissant or Pistachio Currant scone crumbs to scour for.

Xo

P.S. Tina's one of my faves; it was really nice to catch up and talk about life, art, career, etc. Just thought I'd share <3

Late Night Dining

on the way home from Silverlake (a.k.a. Golden Pond - my personal nickname for the hipster haven) and just really needed some good 'ol diner food. Cafe 50's off of Santa Monica Blvd. is still run by the original creator and owner; he was absolutely amazing and we left the diner with some gifts! =] Fun food, amazingly legit decor, and trinkets! Yay.

such a spontaneously awesome Los Angeles day.
I would wear a jumpsuit and use a vintage Gucci bag to the
X Games...
& Andy McDonald is my faves because he wears full padding. Yes.
